Intro
This is where I keep track of what’s next — the races I’m training for, the adventures I want to try and the slightly unreasonable ideas that somehow turn into running plans.
Some goals are about getting faster. Others are about going further, exploring somewhere new or simply seeing what happens if I give it a go.
Current focus
My training usually combines running with strength work, with a mix of intervals, easier runs, longer sessions and plenty of kilometres at a comfortable pace.
Right now I’m continuing to build endurance and strength towards my next marathon challenge, while also making room for the kind of running I increasingly love — longer adventures where the experience matters just as much as pace.
One of my latest adventures was completing the entire Kullaleden in southern Sweden: around 70 kilometres over two days, including a 37 km second day from Mölle to Utvälinge. It was tough, beautiful and exactly the kind of running adventure I want more of.
Running moments
~70 km · 2 days · Kullaleden
A two-day running adventure along Kullaleden, with long hours on the trail, beautiful coastal scenery and a tough second day that made the whole experience feel even more memorable.
Running bucket list
Running goals don’t all need to be about personal bests. Some of the things I want to do are about distance, some about places and some simply because they sound like an adventure.
